[Makebelieve] OT:2 new lists 1 for each of the BSG series...

A sib, well, several sibs on the the combined BSG list have asked for
separate lists for the shows. Figured it might be a good idea, so I'm
leaving the BSGadult list as a combined list and adding two new lsts, one
for each fandom to the list of WWOMB lists, that said here are the two new
lists. Come share a new2us fic or start a BSG discussion
