This year was particularly unique, and generally made of awesome. Not only did Anime Expo, on its ninth year of operation, break the 10,000 attendee line, we did so at Disneyland - particularly, the Disneyland Hotel and Resort, where we occupied pretty much most of the convention space. It had its ups and downs, but overall, things went pretty well. As a note, this is the final year of my job as a programming staffer at this convention. After this, I went on to other things, one of which was web pubs for 2001 in Long Beach. |
