This year, we held the event a bit later in the year to avoid the rain - and it worked! The day was downright beautiful, people were happy, and all was right with the world on this day. I spent much of the day tired (didn't sleep well the previous night), but life happens. This will mark the last event I photographed with my Canon SX30. Not long after this, I upgraded to a new camera - particularly, a Nikon D5500. It is probable that future work will reflect as much. This is also the first such event where I actually split out the event into named galleries in some time. What with ahving been so tired over the past few years, it's been a little difficult to do much more than baseline stuff - but with a bit of treatment, I seem to be doing much better. -Dennis |
