In this gallery, it's sort of a roughshod compilation of the photos I had to work with. There were over 300 of the parade alone, so this distills it down to what I think captures most of the images.
In this, Alexander J. Adams fronted the parade, which you see in the second photo. Most of those in the parade were all about the zombie theme of this year's con, and did pretty well, actually. I managed to get most of the fursuiters.
