[Makebelieve] [ADMIN] Not exactly sure what happened, but the list is back

This is just the invisible site admin popping in here.

Seems that on November 1 sometime, the list server went down, basically
queuing any incoming messages for later delivery.  I'm not exactly sure
what happened here, buit I know what the error was - and this error has
been resolved.  I hope.
